1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Enquiries. When you send the form on our home page we receive your name, company, WhatsApp number, email, country, the machine you are interested in and your message. Emails and WhatsApp messages reach us the same way.
- Visit statistics. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record which pages are opened, how they are scrolled and clicked, device and browser type, and a rough location worked out from the IP address. Clarity can replay a visit as a recording; what you type into form fields is masked.
- Server logs. Our web host logs IP address, time and the page requested, for security.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decisions.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation, which you asked for before any contract.
- To see which pages help visitors and which do not. In the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland only with your consent; elsewhere on the basis of our interest in running the site, and you can still switch it off.
- Server logs: our interest in keeping the site secure.
4. Cookies
In the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland no statistics cookies are set until you click Accept. Elsewhere they are on unless you decline. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

5. Who else receives data
Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity) and Spaceship, which hosts this site and our email. Data may be processed outside your country, including in China and the United States. Where EU law requires it, these providers work under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries and correspondence: while we are discussing or supplying machinery with you, and afterwards as long as accounting and legal rules require. Google Analytics data: at most 14 months. Clarity recordings: 30 days.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect what was done before). Write to info@reizemachinery.com; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
