Extruders

Screws with separation, barrier and mixing sections, bimetallic, nitrided and hard-chromed, for high output and good plasticising. Water-cooled feed throat and zoned ceramic barrel heaters. The main motor is a Class 1 permanent-magnet synchronous motor that uses about 15% less power than a standard one.

Twin-station quick screen changer

A self-energising seal means no leaks, with two ceramic heating zones. Melt pressure and temperature are shown live, so the process is easy to adjust. Screens change pneumatically, quickly and safely.

Die

A Taiwan-made die forged from alloy steel, with its main parts machined on a five-axis machining centre. Each spiral channel distributes evenly, leaving no weld lines or dead spots in the film. Channels and lips are mirror-polished and hard-chromed against wear and corrosion.

Air ring

An imported automatic air ring controls air pressure and temperature to hold film thickness steady. We have worked with this overseas supplier for more than ten years.

IBC internal bubble cooling

Our own system adjusts cooling inside the bubble within milliseconds. Tighter thickness tolerance, faster changeovers, less scrap.

Bubble cage

A squirrel-cage design on an aluminium-profile frame, with opening and height set by electric remote control. Carbon-fibre guide rollers are light, low-friction and slow to conduct heat, so they leave the film unaffected.

Rotary haul-off

A horizontal haul-off oscillating through ±352° replaces a rotating die: no long flow channels, sealing trouble or leaks, and no tapered or wavy-edged rolls. Multi-roll cooling and a 2 kW servo motor keep line speed constant and adjustable.

Automatic twin winder

Our own centre/surface twin winder offers three winding modes. Cutting, roll change and unloading are automatic, with hydraulic unloading and automatic tension tracking: flat rolls, less labour, less scrap.
