Multi-layer blown film machine
See the blown film linesMulti-layer co-extrusion, one complete line. We take your specification and get it running — steadily, and at rate. Die, extrusion and winding are all built here; three to nine layers, chosen by the film you need to make.
REIZE supplies everything a blown film line needs — from the feeding system to the film winder, from a single-layer die to a nine-layer line, from inverter control to the process control system.
Film quality comes from the components we put into the line. They hold every line we build to the same standard, and let it be matched to what you make — including your own cost and energy targets.
Bag making machines
See the bag making machinesHeat seal, hot cut. Film goes in at one end and finished bags stack up at the other. Nine machines, told apart by the bag they make.
LDPE/HDPE and CPP/BOPP, 5 to 300 micron, bag widths from 55 to 800 mm, up to 320 pieces a minute. That is the range across all nine; each machine carries its own numbers on its page.
Three are plain heat seal hot cut lines — heavy gauge, light gauge, multifunction. Four add a station for the bag type: tape inserting, patch, zipper, European style. One collects on a windmill, one runs roll bags.
Which bag types can the line make?
Side seal, bottom seal, hot cut, cold cut, patch, European style, zipper, air pillow, heavy duty, continuous roll, gusseted, three side seal, center seal, four side seal and stand-up zipper bags. If you are not sure which machine makes your bag, send us a sample and we will tell you.
Can the line be configured around my product?
Yes, and it is how we prefer to work. We start from the bag and specify backwards to the resin, so the layer structure, the die, the sealing method and the collecting system are all chosen for one product rather than picked off a shelf.
Which layer counts are available?
Three, five, seven and nine layer co-extrusion, up to eleven layers. Each layer count gets its own die, extruder set and air ring. The more layers, the more the flow channels and cooling have to be redesigned; it is not a smaller machine with layers added on.
Can I buy one machine instead of a whole line?
Yes. Most customers start with one machine and add the rest as they grow. The advantage of the whole line coming from one factory is still there when you buy it one machine at a time.
Do you handle installation and operator training?
Installation, commissioning and operator training are part of how a machine is handed over. The terms for your project are set out in the contract.
How do we start?
Tell us the bag, the width and the output you need. That is enough for us to come back with a configuration. A photo or a sample of the bag helps more than a specification sheet.
Tell us the product you need to make.
Width, output, layers, specifications, or the bag your customer wants. We will come back with a line that makes it.
