Our factory is in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province, in eastern China, 100 km from Shanghai.
How much experience do you have building machines?
We have been developing blown film and packaging machinery since 2007. Every step, from design to manufacturing, happens in our own factory.
How many machines do you build in a year?
We typically produce and sell more than 200 machines of various types a year.
Do you have overseas customers?
We have worked in Southeast Asia for more than ten years, and we have a large number of users in other parts of the world as well.
Do you install the machine on site?
If needed, we send our technicians to your site for installation and training.
After-sales service?
We have a professional after-sales team on standby. Whatever you run into while the machine is running, we respond quickly and get you a solution in the shortest time we can.
How does on-site commissioning and training work?
The machine is tested in our factory before delivery. On-site commissioning and training are available at the customer’s request.
What should be ready before our technicians arrive, so the job stays simple and efficient?
- Help us with the visa application if one is needed.
- Arrange transport for our technicians to and from the airport.
- Arrange accommodation for the technicians.
- Arrange meals for the technicians.
- Keep the technicians safe for the whole service period.
- The machine to be installed should already stand in the agreed installation position.
- Power, compressed air and the like should be beside the machine and working.
- Raw material should be waiting beside the machine, ready to use.
- The plant operators should be ready for the training.
