The machine is built from five interconnected sections, using state-of-the-art Omron PLCs and Ethernet communication for efficient, high-quality control of production.

The line includes:

  • Main film unwinding, tape insertion, twin-head bag making, triangle folding and overlap winding;
  • An advanced operator interface covers the whole line and shows machine status in real time for easy operation;
  • 16 Ethernet-linked servo systems work seamlessly with the main control system for smooth, steady film travel;
  • Sealing temperature is digitally controlled, with precise feedback that follows the main machine’s line speed;
  • All electrical systems and installation follow North American standards.
